RETURN POLICY

Notification Period: Customers must contact NS Diesel within 7 business days of receiving their delivery to request a return.

Return Authorization: All returns require written authorization from NS Diesel before items are shipped back to us. Please email sales@nsdiesel.com to obtain return approval.

Return Conditions: To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Completely unused and not installed or fitted
• In original, undamaged packaging
• In 100% resalable condition

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return freight costs unless a free return has been specifically agreed upon by NS Diesel.

Non-Returnable Items: Special order items and custom orders cannot be returned.

Refund Terms:

• Refunds apply to the purchase price only
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Any applicable restocking or processing charges will be deducted from the refund or credit
• Items that do not meet the return conditions will not be eligible for refund

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
