RETURN POLICY
Notification Period: Customers must contact NS Diesel within 7 business days of receiving their delivery to request a return.
Return Authorization: All returns require written authorization from NS Diesel before items are shipped back to us. Please email sales@nsdiesel.com to obtain return approval.
Return Conditions: To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Completely unused and not installed or fitted
- In original, undamaged packaging
- In 100% resalable condition
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return freight costs unless a free return has been specifically agreed upon by NS Diesel.
Non-Returnable Items: Special order items and custom orders cannot be returned.
Refund Terms:
- Refunds apply to the purchase price only
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Any applicable restocking or processing charges will be deducted from the refund or credit
- Items that do not meet the return conditions will not be eligible for refund
